i did its correctly but not working

1st i download Se7en_File_Replacer_v1.5.4
then i open d file in Se7en_File_Replacer_v1.5.4 then i replace the file the softwear ask for rebot after rebot its still as it is

Hello friend, extreamly sorry for the delay, I didn't use the internet for the whole month. If your system is 64bit, then please replace the wmploc.dll in SYSWOW64 folder only.

yeah same here, i also deactivated UAC and startet in Safe Mode, but nothing changed....

How do I change the Font color so it is visible with this background without having to get the other theme you recommended.

The other option is to change the text color of the visual style you're using through WSB (windows style builder).
